How do I pay?

Pay with M-Pesa at checkout. You get a prompt on your phone, enter your PIN and your order is confirmed.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver fast within Eastleigh and Nairobi, and send orders to towns across Kenya. Delivery cost and timing show at checkout.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button on any product, or message us with what you want, and we will help you place the order.

Are your perfumes original?

Yes, we sell original perfumes, oud and beauty products. If you have a question about a product, ask us on WhatsApp before you buy.

What is the difference between perfume and attar?

Perfume is a spray with alcohol. Attar is a concentrated perfume oil without alcohol, applied with a roll-on or a drop. Many people layer the two.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened perfumes, skincare or makeup. Contact us within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out.

How do I choose a scent online?

Tell us what you like, sweet, fresh, musky or smoky oud, and we will suggest a few options on WhatsApp.
